"It arrived way sooner than I was ready for"
I was expecting the usual waiting game, but then suddenly it was at my door like a surprise plot twist. Shipping was much quicker than expected!

"My skin is really liking this"
I’ve been really happy with this so far. The ingredients feel nice and gentle, and my skin seems to agree with it. No weird irritation, no heavy feeling, no greasy layer, none of that stuff. It just feels clean and comfortable when I use it, like my face is getting something simple but good. I’m always a little picky about what I put on my skin, especially with things like dryness, redness, breakouts, or that tight feeling after applying products, but this has been really easy to use and my skin has been liking it

"Packaging could’ve been a little better"
The box looked kind of messy when it arrived, and it didn’t feel all that secure. The labels and the whole presentation just seemed a bit rushed, which was kinda disappointing. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but yeah, cleaner packing would’ve made a better impression.

"I really like the way this smells, it has..."
I really like the way this smells—it has such a nice, pleasant scent that I noticed right away. The only downside for me is the texture, which feels a little heavier than I was hoping for. I still enjoy using it, but I do wish it felt lighter on the skin. i wanted to love it completely, so I’m a little disappointed.

"Broke me out bad"
I really wanted Laurel Skin to work for me, because the packaging looked so nice and I was excited to try it. But about a week in, my face started acting up. First it was these little bumps on my cheeks, and then I noticed a few bigger pimples popping up around my chin, which is always a bad sign for me.
I stopped using everything, and after a little while my skin finally started calming back down, so I’m sure the products just didn’t agree with me. I can see how they might work for someone else, but if you’re acne prone like me, I’d be careful. Giving it 2 stars since the packaging was and shipping was fine.

"Pretty ethical, maybe a little on the spendy side"
I’ve shopped here a handful of times, and I do like the whole organic sourcing and low-waste vibe. The products I’ve tried have been really nice overall. I’d probably buy more often if the prices were maybe a bit lower, but I still feel good about what they’re doing

"Gentle on my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin and tend to get red really easily, so I was a little nervous trying Laurel Skin. Luckily, it ended up being a smooth experience overall. The products felt gentle and didn’t make my skin itch or burn, which is a big win for me. It did take a little while before I noticed much of a difference, but I’m happy with it so far. My only complaint is that I wish the shipping had been a bit faster.

"My skin genuinely feels better"
I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but this works better than I thought it would. My skin feels smoother and healthier, and it’s one of those products that makes you feel good about sticking with your routine. Definitely a nice confidence boost.

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my Laurel Skin order and emailed them not really expecting to hear back quickly. To their credit, they replied the same day and were really kind about it. There was no runaround, and they kept me updated while they helped sort things out, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. I do feel like some kind of small compensation or credit would be fair since there was an issue, but I really appreciated that they handled it like actual people and not a generic customer service script.

"My skin feels a lot less dry"
I’ve been using this and my skin just feels more hydrated and softer throughout the day. Nothing over the top, but it’s definitely helped with the dryness.

"Honestly, the prices feel fair"
I mean, overall, I’d say it’s worth it. The prices, you know, feel fair for what you’re getting, and I didn’t really feel like I was overpaying or anything.
